1. Upload Duet to your server
   
   
   For example: If you'd like to access BigHelp from http://mysite.com/support then upload the files to public_html/support or htdocs/support
2. Access the installation wizard by navigating to the install folder in your browser. 
   For example: http://www.mysite.com/install
3. Follow the prompts in the installation wizard.
4. Login with the default username and password 
   email admin
   password admin

Make sure you delete the installation folder once the installation has been completed. Leaving this folder on your server is a security risk.
